My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Likes

People are very friendly and nice there. The company is very open to suggestions from anyone and peers hears you out. One could learn many things from the peers. I got the opportunity to travel along with the CEO and DGM for few meetings. Also they used to take me to the cold storages and warehouses which is located in Pune. Overall the experience was very good and I learnt a lot from each and every person mostly from the DGM Amit Chopra.

One thing I didn't like was the pay scale. It was very low. Otherwise I would have loved to join the company on regular basis.
