The pace is very fast, only people who like to work in a StartUp will like and grow here. You have a lot of responsibilities and ownership of your work. There is a lot of scope for personal and professional growth. Since it's a startup, I had a chance to understand and work with various other teams, especially the tech team. It gave me a huge opportunity to figure out my interests and the freedom to develop my ideas into actionable ones.
