...upportive. • 24×7 Work Culture • Frequent Relocation without any reason • No fix date for salary • No job security • No week off & you can't go anywhere even for haircut you have to take permission from management • So many rude calls for security refunds (Ex Residents ) • No repair and maintenance team available for every small problem RFM have to search electrician, plumber etc. • Contract basis job • Company have no reputation in the market

Management is great, freedom of expression and pitching ideas are few things is there, terrific working environment

Processes are not streamlined which is actually a boon because there is always a lot to handle and learn all the time.

It's coho as brand which provides co living facility for corporate and individual but u can learn hospitality as housekeeping, food beverages, utility and vendor management.

Dislikes

The company assign corporate but they have no learn how increase oppreation team it's very small things they have to improve but no doubt this is big competitor of oyo and zolo in delhi , Gurgaon and Bangalore.

Likes

The place is great in terms of work culture. A person who really wants to build a career in sales and marketing can choose coho as a medium for the same. There are some things which may set you off sometimes but every organization has these type of challenges.

Dislikes

The culture of having a meeting almost every day is something i disliked about the place. I had to explain what i did and why i did that every time even if the work was in an early phase. If i had utilized that time actually working on some things other than attending good for nothing meetings then i believe i would have done a lot more work than i did. Other than that, it was a great experience.

it is one of the worst company i worked woth, worst, pathetic and i regret on my decision to join it. The co- founder of the company Mr. Amber Sajid is the worst man i met in my life. The management is very bad. Thanks you Atul Singh
