... on whether manager likes you or not (although they keep saying it's objective). A rating of <3 will get you 20% salary cut in the 1st month, 50% cut in 2nd and 75% in 3rd. Now isn't that goddamn wonderful? Also, you will get your salary in the middle of the month, and not like noob companies paying in the first week itself.
3. Top management has zero empathy, respect and courtesy towards employees and you will be made to feel like an idiot even after graduating from a Tier 1 college in India. So if you like to be insulted, Cogoport is your destination.
4. High work pressure is fine, but there is unnecessary pressure beyond that. The CTO checks working hours of every employee and points it out in front of everyone to ridicule you. According to him, productivity is directly proportional to working hours, and the more you stay in office even if you do nothing, the better worker you are. The CTO will randomly call you at his whim and fancy and insult you in front of everyone (sometimes behind your back).
5. Do you aspire to go to jail? Then Cogoport is your ideal workplace! You won't be allowed to leave the premises before the stipulated time of 6:30pm. You can't even leave your floor at designated times of the day and have to please the security guard in order to earn that right to movement.
6. If you don't want to do anything in your life and still earn money, being an HR rep at Cogoport is the way to go. You have no power, no responsibility, no decision making headache. Everything is dictated by the honourable CEO and COO, and HR just parrots it back to you, most of the time leaving huge space for ambiguity which results in confusion and frustration.
7. Why work peacefully and create a safe space for creativity to flourish when you can always feel threatened with being laid off for no damn reason. And then you WILL be laid off for a made up reason (could range from lower than average working hours even if it's beyond the manadated hours, or poor performance, or disinterest, or taking "too many" leaves), depending on whatever can be used against you.
8. Oh and do you want the company to invest in hardware like laptops? That ain't happening, suqqa! With Cogoport's "robust" BYOD policy, you can bring your own device, or be fooled to buy a high end MacBook from the company's vendor and be reimbursed just 75% of the amount of a basic model, in 24 MONTHS! WOOHOOO!

The lockin policy which keeps you secure from all calamities in the office premises, it was brought if there is a external attack on the company by the suppliers, the employees should be kept safe.

Empoyees should be only be judged only on working hrs and line of code and no of PRDs you have written. These should be the only measuring criteria of performance. Ohh it already is, my bad

Please don't join Cogoport. The founders don't know how to run a company. They fired multiple people from Tier 1 MBA colleges after hiring also because they cant pay.
Nothing to like, don't come to cogoport, they will ruin your career.
