Well there is good oppurtunity to earn more as there are incentive programs. Also we get learn lot in sales and marketing sector as there are multiple channels like acquisition team, conversion team, customer sales manager, operation channel etc so we get to learn lot of different concepts about logistics.

Dislikes

.... They only think about company's future without thinking about their employees. There is always work pressure as they have target based incentives more rather than fixed salary so we are continuosly under target pressure. Also as company is relatively new, so company culture is not properly development and work culture here is very poor. Also service level compared to competitors are very poor. So it is very hard and risky working in cogoport especially when you are looking for strong stable job

Nothing to like, don't come to cogoport, they will ruin your career.

Dislikes

...umans. They will hire you and fire you whenever they want without proper reason. They don't even pay salaries on time and some times you won't even get full salaries.

What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not

Seniors were Good. You will get good projects (which you can get in any product based company)

Dislikes

No work life balance. No policy followed. They will cut your salary each and every month and also don't give it on time. They can fire you anytime.

1. They don’t provide salary on time. 2. There is no learning or skill development program. 3. They kick employee out with out any warning. 4. They don’t have any growth structure based on employee performance. 5. They don’t have any job security.
