Demanding work hours based on your role. Fast paced environment. You might find it overwhelming often times about the work (entirely based on your level and role ). The health insurance policy is basic as it will not covers only the employee and his family not mother and father.

Gives equal opportunities to everyone. Then Mentors provide guidance where ever required. The work life balance management is good. The management is committed to provide positive work environment.

They pretended really well that they care about employees, the parties were good whenever CEO or leadership team visited India offices

-Resource Management Director is a joke, they don't work they just pass the blame and gossip about others. I am sure her Karma will hitback. -Nepotism is highly visible here, as much as in bollywood and politics - children and siblings of CxO team are spread across the org with "special treatment" so beware while talking about anyone. -HR teams ran a campaign to infuse fake 5 star reviews to hide thier shortcomings. Trust me everyone was forced to do so. -Also, if you can't please your bosses, don't join or be ready to get fired for random reasons. Morocco team is still a better place, but if you get a chance to work for Hyderabad or Mumbai - Runn! Thank me later though.
