- The lack of employee incentive, the very least you could do is to give a bi-annual bonus? - 3 month notice period - There is no culture for me to even comment on it, it's strictly show up for work and log off in the evening, basic corporate life that you'll soon come to hate

Salary is good. Team management is good. Company strength is nice.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Managers are not so supportive at times. Work life balance is not so good. I don't like the culture. They don't have so much project so they can put you on the bench easily.

Dislikes

Some incompetent people infiltrate but they are not removed but they are given more and more training to improve. This might be very good for such people but not for overall health of the company.

Dislikes

The tenure at the company involved a troubling pattern of unethical practices, including receiving a job offer without an official letter, being provided answers to a test required for a partner company, and being instructed by senior management to falsely claim more than 2 years of experience. This unethical approach resulted in colleagues with the same role receiving lower wages, and other employees reported similar experiences of systematic misconduct at the company.

Ok for freshers who wants to get exposures but not good if you result oriented and focused on growth and advancement

Don't have any of their own project totally depends on the external client indirectly they sell their developer to external client make profit and u'll get bread crumbs

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
