Due to lot of political issues internally, You get to jump start your career growth in a good position and Company's CEO Is little unclear in the directional flow. Will be easy to explore new technologies.

... of a political situation you do not know from who take approvals on what basis. Over Time is a daily thing, They do not pay you OT + Th take away your leave balances as well.

You will work on different technology.

Dislikes

...u are an intern then you will work Mon-Saturday 10-12 hours a day. Timings is 9.5 hours a day that converts into 12 hours a day without any extra compensation. Company culture and some manager is rude.

Not good enough.Salary cut down during lockdown.Not so supportive working more than office hours.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
