Awesome Awesome Awesome....!! In this company, Work is fine. I agree pressure is there but it is natural in the workspace. There so many employees who is/are not eligible to do tasks, instead company support his/her, only those employees face escalation who is/are not improving themselves. I don't want to share any name but I know employee's name who is not capable to do task. Instead this, company support them and want to improve his skill. Everything is good in this company and I support to this company.

Dislikes

One thing is I really don't like that is Odiya Love of my CEO. Because some people are not capable to get higher package but they are getting because of Odiya Love. I really don't like that.

...rmination. Don't go with the company if you don't want to harm your resume. Company harrassing mentally to the employees even not doing FNF even i didn't got my salary i worked for after termination so no point of getting any amount to survive. Don't trust any offers given by the company it's totally fake and abusing to the candidate.

Liked the way our mentor guides us. She is available during working hours anytime and solves our issues. Always aiming for personal growth as an intern is desired and by working yet I have grown my skills with good mentorship till yet.

Nothing it’s absolutely worst company I’ve ever worked with no management no culture nothing Orissa people have their own groups and Tamil people have their own they fight into themselves and they talk in their language the outsiders are left alone

Everything I dislike about cognis there no protocol to hire and fire every men feels they’re superior which they’re not they just hire and fire and don’t give salaries lot of employees have not got there salaries because the CEO is bankrupt don’t work with cognis and specially with hr recruiter Deepak he’s the real culprit the day he has joined cognis and the cognis has come to the end one day the cognis will get closed he’s the real snake

Yes I like the work culture of Cognis, which balance work and personal life the management responds to our issues very well, CEO Santosh Patnaik is available for us at any time and hears our issues very well, he will take employee issues at high priority every time and resolves them immediately
