Organization have fundamental issues. That is the reason even through it was started about 12-15 year back, it is in same state. Organization don;t have any vision and values. Its like a family business,

It is a superb company to work with, all latest technologies, great career, the products that are being developed are very good, the management and colleagues are very supportive. A great place to be in.

Saturdays are working might have been good if it was an off on Saturdays also but no complaints at all,

Cogniphi is open to ideation and innovation. It adopts to latest and niche technologies and develops niche products and solutions for the customers. I have my colleagues coming in from various cultural backgrounds which helps me to learn about new cultures. The management is very encouraging and supportive, the colleagues are very understanding, a fun-filled culture, dignified vision, unimaginable capabilities, and an awesome place to work with. I just love being with cogniphi more and more.

Dislikes

This is not kind of disliking but it is more with race with the time. With little time and more to do, sometimes we need to accelerate ourselves which at times others feel like pressure.

Likes

Everything about the company is very good. Great Minds, good talents, awesome projects. But the most important thing is it is not like any other IT companies which does only projects. Cogniphi is into product and platform development which in itself is a good place to be in as you learn a lot and you can contribute a lot too.
