Providing facilities to work from home and receiving the salaries on time during the Covid19 Lockdown . They are providing proper guidance to work from home and a good support system through the HR / IT department. We are getting all the information towards the working process and making the decisions looking over the situation in society through the townhall by the management.

Salary is not much as employee deserves.

...reedom to work with your own methods top management is excellent and supporting. Not a single month Salary was late infact it has to come a day earlier than usual during lockdown. Top Management also arranged Therapy programs for everyone and anyone could take it who wishes too. Company is a very employee friendly.

It's quite obvious that if you or someone or others in the team don't work then the complete has to take the bashing and it is something which happens in every organisation.

Good working environment, cafeteria was good.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues salary is very low and career growth is slow . Some team leader's are very baiesed. Appraisal are not fair, no salary hike

... security, work culture, management are all very well attuned to employee needs. There has been no salary cuts or retrenchments in this tough time. The company has always had employees interest at heart,as it even roped in a counsellor for employees to talk to and tide over their personal issues.

Dislikes

If only Cogencis realises , what potential it can offer to all prospective clients. It needs to be more pro- Business, pursue clients across the business spectrum, reduce interactions to a bring more focus on the business side of business i.e sales.

...d. Team Members are very good. Company Atmosphere and culture is also very good. Salary prospective it is very good that you will get salary in time.

Teammates are helpful. Training is good. 100% job security. Work environment is good but there isno knowledge and career growth.
