Company Didn't give the same rights to contractual employees as same to full time. Even They didn't provide the ID card to the all employees (What if the anyone asks "Where do you work and What is the proof?" Then employees don't have any proofs like ID Card, for proof they have to make contact with their contract supervisor and then he will provide the proof of work after two days. Bt what is the quick is solution for it, their is no).

They aren't supporting much though....but they employing us like donkey's.....coz they are not protecting us from COVID no security to job & mostly problems are going on with Union

They don't have any future planning.....they aren't making any people on role or permanent.....only politics is there....

In cogeme you don't get the opportunity to show your knowledge and skills. And you don't get the chance to growth in your career only you have learned.

Good platform for fresher. Best company to get knowledge about CNC VMC HMC and various types of machine. Staffs are co-operative and good. Company also providing all facilities to employees like fooding and transport.

Dislikes

One of the worst thing i dislike that they never show qualifications. All are doing same type of work either he or she graduate or iti pass. You can't share your innovative ideas to Senior person.
