Time, because if you are even a few minutes late from the office timing, your salary will be deducted. And your time to come but not to go.

"Ah, the classic 'expectation vs. reality' dilemma! I mentioned my expected salary upfront—before getting shortlisted, mind you—so, naturally, I assumed everything was clear. But nope! I still traveled all the way to the office, went through every round, and then, surprise surprise, I got rejected because my salary expectations were 'too high.' Did I miss something, or was the whole 'let’s discuss your expectations' bit just for show? I mean, am I the problem here? 🤔 Apparently, asking for a decent paycheck is still a bold move in 2024!"

Leaders that encourage expanding your portfolio. If you're looking to get exposure and be in control of things there is scope to do multiple things here.

Work culture changes as you move from team to team, so it's not a uniform experience throughout. Cross-collaboration with teams is possible.

Lot of learning a great teammates, have made some great friends here. Though its not like other agencies but once you have worked at Cog it can be career changing experience for you.

For anyone reading this, I am adding this review to give you a perspective on what you are signing up for. Having said that, what’s not working for me, might work for you. 1. General environment of getting scared of your seniors is encouraged 2. There is a grave crunch of resources within the organisation, therefore everyone is overworked 3. Organisation does not feel it’s necessary to invest in their employees or give any perks to them. There are 0 employee perks from a policy perspective 4. The management will overwork you, discourage you from asking questions and follow instructions as is. Incase you work through these things, they would put extra work pressure on you 6. Cussing and disrespecting employees by top management is considered to be more than acceptable 7. They pour all their energies into pitches, once the account is converted is when they realise that they might not have resources to handle the responsibility they might have taken 8. They dont shy away from making extravagant promises to their clients and dumping all of this on their already overworked employees 9. No respite when it comes to work from home, leaves are also mostly discouraged 10. During my on going tenure I have seen so many employees whose confidence has been negatively shaped by the management 11. Miserable approval processes 12. The HR works as an extension to the CEO, and employee welfare is always on the backseat Not open to feedback
