As a startup it's amazing with employees driven policies. Nothing as such but they can continue bringing more awesome work opportunities in tech consulting.

This is the best company that I have ever worked for. You are given so much free hand on day-to-day decisions and client management, at the end of the day you really feel like you are contributing towards the big picture and not just a worker-ant in an anthill.

The salary could be a bit more.

Company culture is good, HR and higher authorities are easily approachable

Dislikes

No good projects, very short duration, we are pushed to learn new languages as per project and that screws because you will be judged based total experience rather than language experience. HR's are rude and unqualified

Absolutely nothing apart from the CEO

It is a place which doesn’t have any vision on how to grow the company. If you can maintain a good relationship with the founders, then you are safe even if you don’t do anything.
