Salary is not paid on time, too much politics done by Jacqueline HR, staff is not respected by Mr. Rahul Leekha, company policies change anytime to favour the management only, and whoever leaves the company does kot get f&f settlement.

Good team mates, some supportive people and Appraisal are fare, work culture is different here.

...ond. If u put msg to owner they will block u instead of answering the queries. Salary is that think if u ask about salary they will target u. We need to beg for our wages which we have worked for. Begging from 2months then they will give 20% in 3rd month. Growth is depend on favour, if ur favourite to trainer or area manager then only u will get promotion. There are appraisal which will be held only to say that they are following procedure. Im still waiting for my 6 months salary after resigned. Management doesn't have funds to release my salary.

There is no proper management, lots of salary issues and pf amount is not yet credited, worst hr who don't even listen anything, they work for only director , not for the company.
