I gained good experience since management push us hard to coordinate with client without any proper support which made me take additional responsibility and opportunity to gain experience with challenges faced while working.

Dislikes

Management are baised they dont like indians since they cross question there capability due to which they are more supportive to basically philipinos who just nod there head and obey management order blindly doesnt matter whether they are technically competent or not.
