... for team lead post. Manager reaction will be more demotivated and disappointed. Decent salary for the Team lead position is not paid.

No likes except the hybrid work option that too you will get it after your probation period ( 6 months)

...r ever join this company. 4. Worst management and very terrible work culture. 5. Even though they offer high package pls don't join this company because work culture is more important than salary. 6. They hired me as Japanese language specialist but the role which they given to me was not even 1%related to Japanese language.

Likes

Good work life balance and company is taking care of health of employees with better health insurance and good leave policy. No rotational shifts at all. Good infrastructure. Yearly office trip, team lunch every quarter and Monthly birthday celebration are other activities which helps to boost the morale of employees.

Skill development and training to get into different processes is less.

Nothing,most toxic working environment,manager don't even bother about employees struggle,they just want there target work to be completed on time, i request the management to please change the supervisor shakhivel from his burden

Supervisor shakhi vel pressure, he literally torture every one to complete the task,he target every one if we don't listen to his words, he spread bad impression on colleagues,end of the day he takes appreciation from manager, Syed Ali trust him very blindly without asking second opinion,he won't clear any doubts,he won't give any proper training,he won't reply to any message,very unprofessional behaviour

Everything discrimination in work, no respect for people working in India, they ask us to do work for all country and pay data entry job salary, opportunity will be given only to european and other than India people, no salary transperancy, HR India is the worst as they don't furnish anything in offer letter and deny giving us transperancy.
