- The HR is the worst thing that the company has - They don't pay salary on time - They hold salary for 2 to 3 months - Hike is less that is 2% with no bonus - HR does not respond - HR abuses people and dont help you

Dislikes

- Office politics - No promotion even after performing as per expectations - Less hikes that is only 3% to 4% - No bonus paid at all by the company - Lot of work pressure and expected to be available 24*7 - Hectic work life and no good work life balance - Less paid and sick leaves and many a times leaves get canceled if sent ahead for approval Things I disliked about the HR team - The HR team is never available and vanish once the onboarding is done - HR does not provide any information to the employee in a timely manner - The HR of this company is the worst and is responsible deteriorating the company image

Compensation is good to start with but here is where the devil lies as the work culture is not good. - It is remote and this is where the company sucks out your life by giving tasks that you are engaged 24X7

Dislikes

- Insane work pressure and time lines of the project expectations to finish it by hook or crook. - Do calls all day discussing and expect employees to extend always it’s not 8hrs work but 12 to 14 hrs daily plus weekends to push for deadlines. - Senior management is of no help as they have set a very bad work culture for employees especially I’ve seen this under the engineering department. - Silent resignations are a norm where employees are thrown out from top till bottom no one is spared. - leaves are less and they give 12/year and the irony is you cannot consume them as you are always saddled by deadlines.

You will get a lot flexibility overall. Work life will be balanced as it's a remote job.

Dislikes

Overall, it's a worst experience working with Codvo as its very toxic culture and no good salary. There are lots of groupism you will see.
