Management here is very supportive, payout is satisfactory. Work environment is cool. No pressure for work, team leader and teammates are very supportive nd their is a mutual understanding among us. They pay fair incentives.

To be honest their is nothing much I dislike, my only concern is to have a fixed break in daytime. As a full time employee we don't know when to take rest.

No job security , targets changing every month , no lead qaulity , fake expectations , bad product , not able to place more than even 10 students by now but have big claims. All false

Using the strategy to fool the customer base. The TL are not well educated to maintain the team...very moody. Creating unnecessary work pressure.
