Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Decent package and one side travel expense.

There is no proper guidance from the employer/management, 12 hours of work in a day and upon that no appreciation. They want the employee to be available 24 hours * 7 days. They can assign random classes anytime and move from one location to another time with no proper reason.
