Well at Codez, we are like an extended family. We play cricket everyday from 4-5, then everyone laughs and crack jokes. It is like a big joint family. Obviously there are few irritating elements, but the work life balance is fine and after the initial few days or training period, everyone really helpful and friendly.

Well, I don't dislike anything at Codez. Honestly speaking, they have welcomed me warmly and I am a part of the family now. Generally speaking, I'm the Photographer and the one of the most famous Python Developer there, and everyone loves me, so I love working there.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
