Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

They once setup an office in Goa , although all expenses you have to bear all travel and food expenses they managed your accommodation, for 15 days

Dislikes

You can learn new skill , lot of micromanagement , if you are in a meeting just listening and you forgot to move your mouse for even 5 min then it's shows you are not working, micromanagement at its peak , HR are hypocrites and they instantly do layoffs , without letting anyone know theyll make you work whole day won't pay you for weekends work can't claim your compoff , and the worst part is they layoff by sending a mail and instantly block you from everywhere so you can't even reach them anywhere

The pros are you get to work from anywhere. They also have a policy of working in your own timing. Just complete your 8 hours and you are done.

The higher management is not as expected. They should listen to the developers if there are lots of developers leaving the company.
