1. Long working hour (12 to 14 hour daily) 2. No personal life 3. Required to work on holiday without any extra pay 4. No extra bonuses 5. Difficult to get approval for holidays. 6. Promises made are rarely fulfilled. 7. Appraisals are often delay 8. Despite hard work,feedback consistently state that performance is not satisfactory. 9. Management use flattery to get extra work done

Ceo forces employes to work 24*7. Employees are force to pay for there laptop. Other team members are instructed to constantly ping developers. demanding frequent updated Salaries always delayed and payed after 20th of every month

Only good for freshers/interns for 2 months New technology is been used Learning wise very good Gaurantee skillup if one joins

... timing but eventually it becomes 13 hours of shift without overtime money paid. Salary is 3 months late Human Resource department(only 1 person) treats employee like animals, always ready to give bachchan about company policy. Previously this company was very good but now it is not recommended at all, God should interfere in this matter. Company blocks 1 month's of salary, and employees wait for 1 month and then salary is delay to 2 months and eventually 3 months. Appraisals money is keeps on delaying, the issue is from clients and not from current company. Its not about the company problem its about clients, previously it was very great work. "Forget" ward was derieved by this company Full and Final Payment, you guessed it right Forget FNF. HR is also bound to Higher Management(only one person CEO). For my friends if they read this review, "Why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves up" - Batman

Some times have to work more then 9 hours but that is necessary if you wanted to grow and learn. I don't thing that is wrong if you wanted to grow professional
