It is one of the most pathetic companies I have ever worked with. You do not get your earned salary on time. If there are any salary disbursements, you have to follow up several times to get it resolved; sometimes they don't even respond and deduct the amount and don't bother to credit it next month. They say maternity leave for 3 months; after that, after you return from the maternity leave, they say we will ask HR to see if there is an opening. Just wait. Communication is through WhatsApp; sometimes so-called managers don't respond to WhatsApp messages or calls, and if we question them, they say we have many teachers to be taken care of. One issue reported will take at least 40 days to resolve. Their technical support team is the worst; they don't know any technical problems to be solved. Their platform is not user-friendly and not well designed.

There's nothing to like about this company. The whole system is pretty messed up . at first they pay you good to make you stay and then they start putting lop's out of nowhere. Even if they tell you at the time of onboard that they provide wfh but when you ask for it at the Tim of emergency they behave as if you're asking for their kidneys so I wouldn't recommend anyone to work at Codeyoung

Toxicity is high Worst HR team, HR team is only good for troubling employees. No hikes and promotions to deserved employees but given to the personal favorite employees of top management.

...case your teaching by maintaining standards you will get more number of classes. Salary is session based so its flexibile and depends on your potential how many kids you can serve. It provides mentor growth path by increament in base pay. Apart from teaching it gives an opportunity to earn by upselling,cross selling,student referrals and we get highly paid for this . Also there are various incentives that we receives each month and gets recognition for our hard work. Company culture and team management is supportive. I am really satisfied working here and highly recommended this platform to others.

Dislikes

Work and life balance is poor but there's not a fault of company as i mentioned above it's your choice for how many hours you want to work, how many kids you wanna teach. If you want to earn a good amount so to get something we have to come out of our comfort zone. That's all from my end my experience so far is really good here.
