Codecraft Technologies falls short as an ideal workplace, whether for freshers or experienced professionals. The company has a poor work culture, lacks a structured approach to software development, and offers no job security—employees can be asked to resign abruptly. They avoid paying severance and lack a clear process for salary hikes, which are given randomly with no room for negotiation. It’s surprising that new clients still choose this company.

Work is fun, more so if you're a local. Not much activities other than work. Occasional Micro-Management but great learning opportunity.

Dislikes

Financial terms could use a greater improvement. There is no reward employees culture.
