The leadership and management team is very young. Causes chaotic situations. They will micromanage you along with strict employee tracking software, as well as delays in salary and appraisal. No work-life balance can request you to work on Sundays even—Full-on employee tracking, from screenshots to call records, everytime is tracked. Company has forced many people to resign when they were supposed to get a raise or had some medical emergency. You expected to work overtime with no overtime pay or incentives. Some employees even openly drink in the office. Will harass you immensely during your Notice Period and cut your salary in FnF without any explanation.

The work-life balance here is tough for those who take time to adapt, but for high performers, it’s an incredible place to accelerate their career. Before leaving, I made a promise to improve and return, and over the past 1.5 years, I’ve worked on my weaknesses.
