The leadership and management team is very young. Causes chaotic situations. They will micromanage you along with strict employee tracking software, as well as delays in salary and appraisal. No work-life balance can request you to work on Sundays even—Full-on employee tracking, from screenshots to call records, everytime is tracked. Company has forced many people to resign when they were supposed to get a raise or had some medical emergency. You expected to work overtime with no overtime pay or incentives. Some employees even openly drink in the office. Will harass you immensely during your Notice Period and cut your salary in FnF without any explanation.

I worked at Codebuddy as a Software Developer and was laid off due to performance challenges. The leadership provided guidance, mentorship, and even allowed me time during my notice period to search for a new job. While I really wanted to stay, I realized that Codebuddy’s high-growth environment demands excellence, and I struggled to keep up. The work-life balance here is tough for those who take time to adapt, but for high performers, it’s an incredible place to accelerate their career. Before leaving, I made a promise to improve and return, and over the past 1.5 years, I’ve worked on my weaknesses. Codebuddy remains my dream company because of the invaluable lessons and experience I gained here. Looking forward to applying again soon!

You have to show them that you have worked 8 hours a day with actual log time, otherwise you will not get paid for that day. It's like coding non stop for 8 hours like machine. if you are thinking you will use AI , they will give you more work. The so called CEO, Abhishek Gupta, may start off speaking politely, but eventually, he reveals his true nature- a complete psychopath who lacks basic communication skills, work ethics, or any ethics at all. The CTO is no better; instead of helping, he plays the blame game and like gossiping aunt, running straight to Abhishek Gupta if anything goes wrong. The upper management is terrible. with zero professionalism. Employees are overloaded with work just to meet the strict -hours log requirement, leaving no time to help colleagues. Hire and Fire Policy. I genuinely hope the employees at this company find a better workplace ASAP. Never join this company

The CEO,being a non-technical person,Often lacked the profesional demeanor expected in a workplace.Communication was not always respectful,Which affect the overall morale of the team. The leadership team and HR's are puppet's of CEO(Abhishek Gupta). Do not join this compony at any cost.

. Work on alternate saturdays . Seniors are very bad. Nobody listens to boss, only to senior developers . Newcomers are not treated nicely . Zero help , if you are a fresher . Payment is extremely low
