the only good thing about this organization is co-workers, worst company, management don't have manners how to talk to employees, employee work for them like slave, no life balance, low salary, no extra money for overtime, anytime you can be terminated, no job security, no good policy for employee, if you want to work you have to sign bond for 1.5 to 2 years

management is the worst part of the organisation, firstly they need to learn how to talk with employee, and treat each and every employee equally, any time you will get terminated, HR is so arrogant, only good thing you find co-workers, government should make rule to ban this kind of organisations who play with people's carrier, if anyone want to ruins his/her carrier then it is good company for you , otherwise don't go their instead of joining this company sit at home. they will force you to work from home on weekends, and don't give any extra salary. Worst company, worst management, soon they will be company with no employee.

good teammates, no such things for training they will allow to learn by yourself for 15 days in name of training give you a small project to develop, if you can not do that they company immediately terminate you by saying you are not good. no job security i got terminated by management ego after working for more than 18 months, employee termination is common things in this company, low sallary 7000RS for php fresher with 1-1.5 years of bond. outdated technology in modern era, work only on PHP and mobile development is show off, company never developed any mobile app or anything else other than PHP web application. work life balance is somewhat good, no compensation

in name of training making fool's fresher, your job is not secured even if you are permanent employee of the company , because your job is dependent on manager/director ego not by your performance, if you try to leave this company they will give termination letter in name of experience letter. no carrier growth , company use only one technology which is PHP which is going down day by day. bad environment because of bad rule of management. you can't think about innovation in this company if you want to work in innovative environment go for other company
