Company built Pressurized environment. HR are the pets. Double salary deduction. Low level management. Poor management. Project move in rounds as they don't want the dependency of project on a single developer.

As a fresher, you will get a lot to learn. Work-life balance depends on how you manage things. Managers will push you to work extra and get things done but if you are smart enough that won't be a problem for you. If you could prove your skills then you could work depending on your terms.

They offer great packages to lure people in and then give illogical reasons and start deducting 50% salary and say that it will be credited only once kpi's are met and Kpi especially for the sales and marketing teams which no where possible to achieve They fool their prospects by showing copied code from the internet to close deals.
