The company is gvt sector in past. now gradually 40% plant given to private sectors, and we work happily in collaboration.Here another plus points is my colleagues are came from railway so far we are getting technical support from them.

Compensation is not decent,and growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.some times, I have to available at site 24x7 and I have to attend emergencies late into the night.my superiors and clients not cooperative during working times Also,there is no on-job training for freshers, I have to provide training for them. Which is pain sometimes..

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
