There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 years before wich you cannot resign. On the job training is not give to new joinees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest high quality fashionable garments brand I am part of a team nd senior incharg quality products and has a global client base .this company is opening 500 hundred our many stores..

There is no on-job trainings for fresher , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step ,which is a pain sometimes and the work pressure is very high.

I am dislike company employee mostware. Exo. Tabeco on floor on mouth any time. No groming standard fallow the company.

I liked permanent job security, good working culture with helpful staff, good management which provides equally distributed peaces of work among all the employees and timely payment with ESI (employee state insurance corporation) benefit and EPF (employee provident fund organization) benefit.

No I am not satisfied at working in Cobb because the pakaj sir is miss behaved me he is used abuse word for me and helpers (Mr. Pakaj is owner of cobb's frenchies in Karol bagh ) I am totally unsetisfied .
