According to work salary is less. If you say anything related to customer he will use such type of word you are working for company or customer. Manager are not supportive while for business opportunity.

Management changes the incentive and commission plan whenever they want. Fixing targets to an individual beyond the actual limit pertaining in the particular area

Completely old fashioned organization. Top management will not even talk to non iim graduates.according to them people from non iim background are untouchables..

Work timings are good and will receive the salary on time.

A lot of discrimination will be there from the manager and their team. Employees are unable to use their leaves from time to time as they don't have enough employees, and they will not accept any advice from an employee. Instead of supporting, they will criticize the employees.

We have freedom to speak and work and best salary in the textile industry

1) Too much politics 2) Only saying connect with people by not happening now days 3) Change in management in India will definitely down size or lose this 140 year business 4) Poor HR management 5) Not a people oriented 6) Not dealing things properly trying to keep up the document properly but not the people. 7) Having said we look for ethics and compliance blindly taking decisions
