Nothing good except competitive salary in market only when you join but 11% is bonus which they don't pay later.

No bonus No appraisal In there own office there owns apis, azure etc does not work still they ask you to come to office no single person able to work in office. Ask to work on weekends Ask to work in nights

Company completely unstable as far as management is considered for the last one year plus which impacts overall environment No salary increments in 2024 Flexibility on decrease Other benefits like travel and entertainment and communications also being hit this year which makes this company not very attractive for 2025 and beyond

If you are only capable then u will get full load for all u capable persons including manager

...t’s completely depend on how you are following your manager and blindly say yes. No salary slab. One year experience person got more than 10 years experience person. Garbage on name of diversity.

Ownership of projects, learning and growth opportunities. Visibility to upper management.

Dislikes

Unclear communication about rewards and salary. Low to zero chance of promotion and salary incremen. HR doesn't communicate effectively .
