...t’s completely depend on how you are following your manager and blindly say yes. No salary slab. One year experience person got more than 10 years experience person. Garbage on name of diversity.

Work from home policy was good.

Skill development is zero. There is no Promotion criteria Salary hike was not there from last 1year. Politics and favouritism is supported here. Depending on the experience salary is not given.

Work culture is good and salary given as per employee experience and knowledge if you are permanent payroll other perks given with same criteria. All the bills for petrol, mobile, wifi, childern school, training, education is given by CNH

Need to travel 60 km daily to reach from indore to Pithampur.

...no job security as well. No technical growth old and outdated tech stack in use. No Bonus this year only received 20-30% of it. Strict office hours 4 days from office. You will have to work late from your home as well as all of the work runs from US. Managers here wont even take single stand for their team just doing this job for their retirments. You will loose your existing skills as well if you work here for long. You wont be able to match with skills set trending in the market.
