Company completely unstable as far as management is considered for the last one year plus which impacts overall environment No salary increments in 2024 Flexibility on decrease Other benefits like travel and entertainment and communications also being hit this year which makes this company not very attractive for 2025 and beyond

...t’s completely depend on how you are following your manager and blindly say yes. No salary slab. One year experience person got more than 10 years experience person. Garbage on name of diversity.

Unclear communication about rewards and salary. Low to zero chance of promotion and salary incremen. HR doesn't communicate effectively .
