Nothing to like only the supervisors are friendly .Dislike you can work just for earning some money. Skills and talent doesn't be appreciated this company. Skill development is 0. HR are totally brainless people they doesnt have proper knowledge about payscale and lot more, every month you will be facing a salary problem because of wrong entry in attendance by HR. Your incharge or HOD will not help you to learn any work releated to documents, they want us to lean before them.

Training field work with full comfortable. Because I have gained more information about company and learn more technical knowledge about Plastic Injection Molding Machines, quality document handle in Ms office, Talley and company environment maintenance. All employees and staff more support and teaching of company knowledge. So Totally I know very well learn about Automotive manufacturing field work.

Dislikes

These companies work only 2 years training complete certificate provided. But management not take with training on roll in company. That is only problem these company.

I have learnt a great deal about the automotive industry and how it works during my time there.

It had an average work atmosphere from my perspective. As I worked there just as a trainee, it was very hard to get accustomed to the shift change every week. Overall, it was an average company but a good place if you want to gain knowledge.
