Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Overall experience good but issue is that they not credited salary as per time every time salary late ..worst experience ever no response from HR DEPARTMENT..EVEN AFTER JOINING..1 YEAR I AM NOT RECEIVED ID CARD.. And after leaving 6 month done not received FNF...

Very bad company..no reply from HR..atlist not given I'd card...from 2 years...and salary credited late every month...bad company fraud..ever.. Don't join.....only good for fresher...

Very very worst company in this world

Dislikes

Very poor management. No one support in all over CMS. Salary is very low No growth chances During lockdown no traveling allowance paid by CMS No other facilities like work from home during lockdown CMS forcing all over employee to reach office hench no transport available No 1 in absponded to our employee without any legal notice Never support from HR and managers Also Suresh parasuraman is very very worst managers. No 1 engineer like him Etc etc

For fresher it is good to learn the work of IT,computer software and hardware,printer and scanner related issue.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

...years. No promotions in 5 years. They just hire every employee in Retainer post. The same employee just received take home salary no pf and others benefits. The Company just ruined every employee's life. Request to all off the job seekers don't join CMS IT services.
