its been more then 6 months , i have not received my F&F settlement amount. after multiple time s of follow-up no proper reply's they are no giving us salary

... for fresher. They are (HR and Manager) lier and cheating on every occasion. Always salary delayed, no benefit no increment no appreciate

The company policy always hide and seek. They change always new rules. One people working other taking advantages. No benefit if you loyal and hardworking. Managers fools employees. Only their growth. No FNF as per standard. Leaves issues.

For fresher it is good to learn the work of IT,computer software and hardware,printer and scanner related issue.

Salary is very low.Promotion and increment is not possible.there is no job security available.

They are providing salary on time without any delayed in your working period.

When you resigned from job they are not giving your last salary and also when you are trying to contact to the company for your FnF and your last salary they not respond to your any email massages and calls. CMS IT Services is not providing last salary after leaving job. I have served my notice period and I have clean exit but they are not giving my last salary and they are not responding on calls and emails. This company is completely defaulter. They are exploit resigned employees.

CMS IT Services is only good for those who have just began their career. I strongly feel that CMS needs to work on Salary Structure as per current demand. Also, that they lack in core competency as per today's trend. There is a core team with no hands-on on new technologies. You can't get a good resource at very low cost.
