... time duration. I would recommend don’t join this company most worst company. And one more thing about the appraisal, when I was won’t get on time salary and no appraisal. Around 4years this company within this duration I got only one time Appraisal only 1800 but my salary is take home 45k . Pls note my experience is 9years basically low salary.

There is no likes about this company. Simply waste.

... for money only, if u part of this company definitely u won't get ontime salary. If u have monthly EMI, rental, credit card bills damn sure can't pay it on-time. Am working on this company since Jan-2020 from the day to till the date even single month not credited the salary ontime. For me I've backup support & client location is flexible that's the reason didn't resigned.

Only thing I like is you can easily get a job here

The company doesn't even provide you on time salary. You have to send 100s of follow up mails to get you salary. Even after that you get it only after 25th of next month. No one bothers to address any concern. Even AC doesn't work here.

Teammates are good and Supportive, but salary are not paid on time delays for 15~20 days, no hike given even after projects are on positive, always reasons on delaying salaries and notifies employees on 7th of every month on delay regarding salary, ctc claims are not paid on time and kpi achieved arr not paid as well.

Dislikes

Internal politics and Head HR is rude to employees and not employee friendly if any support or queries asked, way of handling employees by HR starts from No and Not upto mark.

There is no fix time for salary though it is 7th of Every month but it doesn't happen. Also there is standard FnF process follows employee get their fnf after 8-10 months post their resignation.
