This section need 10 pages Hopeless payroll team Useless Management Salary never happened on time FNF will take 1 year - Till the time you will get emails from exit team as due to Covid cms is suffering (employees are suffering they need to understand) Management will figure out from where your salary can be deducted and cms will save money Till Cms have client they will keep you then once contract completed they will fire you Or give deployment in another state far away from your current location Many of management guys hired are illiterate

The company is open to innovate and readily adopts latest technology at the the company's client side.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have work 18 to 24 hrs straight in a days as I have to attend the client calls in the evening. Team is not adjustable for any new person is claint side.

Its only a good company by its name,working from last 2 years no grouth,no good salary,no increement convenience dont come for more than a month and sometimes it may not come.In this company all the upper level employee just think about themselves,no 1 have the time to think about the engineers.You aks about your increment he say call him and when you call him he says call the 3rd 1...

...er level then it is the right place where you can boom your career in IT domain. However, for the salary point of view and career growth are not considered anymore.

CMS management and the seniors are incapable to handle or manage the resources because of often time they try manipulate their juniors and experienced employees as well.

They are providing salary on time without any delayed in your working period.

When you resigned from job they are not giving your last salary and also when you are trying to contact to the company for your FnF and your last salary they not respond to your any email massages and calls. CMS IT Services is not providing last salary after leaving job. I have served my notice period and I have clean exit but they are not giving my last salary and they are not responding on calls and emails. This company is completely defaulter. They are exploit resigned employees.
