No hierarchy follow. Any senior persons shout on any department junior employee HR always try to hide misbehaving of senior of all departments HR rules applied to only juniors No employee engagement activities Trip only for some department and senior persons (How you will feel employee sitting next to your desk going on trip and you unable to go on office trip as only 2-3 department can go on trip other 10-12 department only listen their experience 🤣🤣

Everyone is supportive and friendly. I learned several new things regarding ATM and lock management systems. You can have your first job here for sure because you will learn something new that you've never learnt. But don't stick here forever. You will be hired easily since it doesn't have any specific requirements. They will train you within a week and you will be starting your work right away.

...ou don't have a fixed week off. Too much commotion since it's all India service. No appraisal, no incentive, no salary hike. Even people working here told me they're gonna quit this calling job. It's basically call centre since your all work is done on toll free contact no.

...E Team lead and manager. Who inspires you to do only work even on holidays also. You didn't get even your salary on time, but if you are denying to do any unrelated task to your profile you will get a Dhamki from your manager that he will fire you😂😂

Everything in the office are dislike-ing, first of all Team lead is terrible to handle second thing is manager, my advice is if you are going to work with CMS you will definitely get brain tumor high blood pressure 😅

•Managers making fool out of you by making false commitments to you. •All senior Managers, assistant managers force its office employees to work overtime & they'll Not pay any OT for this. •No OT, No night shift allowance. •No proper break time. •less than 30 min. breaktime.

No salary hike I personally work for all most 3years with same salary. This is the biggest demotivate thing. No promotion how good you are but the designation will be same . No job security If any one want to join this company please don't because day by day you pressurise and you will find there is no value for experienced person. Thank you
