i like my job because mostly i am training the youngsters on technology and life skills like vocabulary body language behavioral skills interview skills etc. also i teach practically about how to set up a computer network with dedicated servers and routing technology. and how to protect your network with various firewalls and security devices. company provided me good things, however i would like to add more knowledge to my personal growth by working with new teams and in new places so that is why i am looking for a change.

Dislikes

ya the company was hesitating to give hike in the salary in regular periods based on the hard work put in by the employee. and i was unable to implement my own ideology to connect with more students and deliver more sessions on technology and life skills.

The company does provides the salary on time also there is no one who coodinates with you and HR does not pick the call, Salary slip does not provided by the company even after multiples email. PF is not deducted form our salaries.

Client is government (NICSI) so there is less pressure as compared to Pvt companies.

No bonus No gifts on any festival No holiday on festivals too Lazy HRs late response. Didn't informed about the project which is ending up next month starting of July so due to which other team members are also suffering from this roude behaviour of cms computers India Pvt Ltd which was prior (cms computers Ltd)

Work culture. Less stress, again depends on the projects you work on.

Dislikes

No salary increments, only a few select will get minimal increments. No promotions. Some managers may turn out to be quite cocky and overbearing which can lead to toxic environment.
