2023 has been a year of adjustment for CMR, after meteoric growth over the last 10 years. The organisation seems to be finishing the year stronger than ever though.

Since robotic is future of healthcare and CMR deals in robotic which will give us a good boost for future.

Dislikes

Working location is not fixed as result too much travelling and no personal life and increment is very slow. No fix policies and keep changing all the time.

The company supports the employee and also very liberal during this tough situation of Covid-19 and also good amount of both practical and theoretical training is been given to the employees.

Dislikes

Since the company is new so the policies are not much mature but with time it is gradually growing so do their policies.
