There is no points which I like.

Dislikes

Salary according to your work is very less. If you have reference in this company then this is good otherwise very difficult to work here. Top to down all staff from Bihar in bawal plant and if you are from Bihar then you will get promotion or increment otherwise no chance. And there is no chance to get yourself upgrade or learn new things.

1) Good opportunity in future in this company. 2) All the employees are supportive.

Dislikes

1) Job not secure in this company any time . 2)As per requirement manpower not available on working area so Most of employees leave the company. 3) Manpower should come under the notice period only. It takes 2-3 Months for manpower to come here.
