HR & Management are experts in fake promises when they need candidates. They are forced to employees to work finish on same day even late night 1: AM. Here are very partialities and politics. I don't recommended to anyone in this company.

Salary was on time. This is the only good thing there.

Dislikes

HR is so rude, always talk to you in some attitude whenever you need their help. The team manager will micro-manage you, forces you to work continuously 8:45 hrs without even taking break. If he sees you taking a genuine break then he will taunt you alot. In terms of appraisals, they will give you some 2-3k for the sake of increment else they will put you in PIP. You can see the manager consuming tabacco in the office premises. Along with this, all the reviews and ratings are done on any platform is done by the higher authority just to gain good ratings and name.

I started working in CMARIX, when we were just 50 people company. Right now we are 230+ and it's been a tremendous ride. I have seen company grow with leaps and bound and believe it's purely due to the positive team, refined process and energetic execution. I have spent longest time in my career at CMARIX and would credit whoever I am to this company.

To be honest, there is nothing that I dislike about the company.
