There is nothing to like about Cmaa

Dislikes

They terminate employees without notice, no time management the staff and if asked to streamline it's a crime , employees should not ask for fan is summer else your questioned by the management, it seems employees should sit in the hot and the so called CA in Air conditioner room, they don't stand by their words nothing is given is writing, eg-appointment letter. They just extract work but nothing is acknowledged.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
