What I used to like is the earlier management never believed in hiring potential from out of the organization and internal employees had the opportunity to grow. The management brushed the skills of key employees and mentored them to be leaders hence ensuring stability in the organization. The earlier management had a positive competition with Chennai site. I like the perks of the organization that they give Sodexo and Pick & drop services. The canteen facility also has huge variety of options. This all spoils the employees as not many companies give such options.

...t for the year 2023 ideally due in April was paid to the employees in Jun month. Many users who resigned after Jun did not get their rightful arrears and bonus. This is all because the company has a policy that the employee should be active on the payout date. The management had not communicated the delay or expected date of payment for increment so that the employees could plan their resignation accordingly. So you can expect a huge delay in Increment and specially promotions. While you will be performing task of your new role, on papers promotion if often delayed which is 100%. So you prove yourself for free. Increment at the time of promotion is also ranging between 5% to 12% only. The bonus which was technically for the performance of 2023 was also not given to such employees who have resigned after April. The management did not have the ethics of paying to the employees who have resigned after April. The did not acknowledge the delay from their end. Many employees cried and begged for exception but nothing was considered. International travel opportunities are preferable given to Chennai staff stating the count of management is higher there as compared to Mumbai. Also, Kindly note that speaking Tamil is one of your key attributions considered while selecting the candidate as management is from Chennai. You will be monitored for strict 9 hours of working. A minute less also will require explanation. The management today does not have the patience to listen to issues and concerns completely far of providing a solution.

Salary, restriction in promotion Employees under good basket of seniors are promoted Strange policy of salary increase, if you relocate you will have good pay Existing employee doesn't get handsome increase but when one put resignation then new joining may get high pay.

Company providing free transport and Sodexo as benefits which is good part and also they are providing night shift allowances. Work environment is very good. For freshers it is very good company to start career in Shipping and Logistics.

Dislikes

People who are working from 4-5 years and who are joining currently as fresher both are getting almost equal salary which is not justified. This is major reason all experience employees are leaving the company.

Organization is good excellent facilities provided. With low pay. People are funn loving. Hr organize games on regular basis. Work environment is good.

Dislikes

No value for old employees. No incentives, no leaves when u want. Extra working hours. Weekend workings Always work on Indian festivals like Diwali. Booking is on TaT. Sometimes pressure huge volume.
