Culture. Diversity between front line and back end staffs. Back end staffs have weekly 5 days and all kind of leaves. But back end staffs have nothing. No respect, No good work atmosphere. Deduction for safety shoes, uniforms, airport entry passes and related trainings.

There is no career growth/salary very poor, and i faced lot of issues from branch office,the work pressure is very high some times i worked 10-12 hrs. i have to attend so many calls. i do receive appreciation emails from Clients & Head office especially operations team worthless...

Very bad working culture, No policy,No SOP, Back office support not available. Every time payment issues,no Job security. Do not work if I want bad working experience then u should be work here
