Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The management lacks the necessary skills to effectively run the business. Qualified employees receive lower salaries, while less qualified individuals are paid more. There is no sense of job security or work satisfaction. The hiring process is not merit-based, as most employees are referrals or individuals with personal connections, rather than skilled professionals
