...er work in. They will hire u as a L1 bt at client side they will sent u as a L2. They will take the money from the client as L2 and give u the salary of L1 only. They will continously hire people and put them on bench and release the old peoples. This cycle continously going on since last many years and they r just wasting people's time and money.

Work culture is totally depends on their client Salary is provided on time. Decent hike.

Dislikes

They don't care about their employees once they are deployed at the client sites. You won't get the chance to work on the technology that have been promised during hiring process , hence there is a rare chance for self development. No support from HR and managers , No benefits for working on weekends and extra hours.

1)no benefits, less increment annually 2)selecting only freshers with high pay than seniors and they have zero or with no knowledge , 3)poor managerial and HR efforts, 4)hectic environment ,no employee problems considerations at all 5)mental harassment and worst management 6)iF YOU ARGUE WITH MANAGER OR HR THEY WILL FIND WAYS TO CAUSE PROBLEMS IN YOUR WORK LIFE BALANCE. 7)highly not recommending this company
